Administrative Proficiency Administration

​​​The Administrative Proficiency Administration in the Faculty of Pharmacy assumes general supervision over the Faculty administrative and financial affairs. Moreover, the Administration is keen to apply all administrative and financial laws and regulations and make sure they are implemented effectively. In addition, the Administration supervises the provision of services and support to all Faculty subordinates including faculty members and staff. The Administration also supervises the building management and maintenance of its facilities, in addition to the management and organization of incoming and outgoing correspondences.


Duties of the Administration:

1) Administrative supervision over administrative and financial affairs, administrative communications and human resources.

2) Supervise the application of all administrative and financial laws and regulations

3) Review and update the administrative duties, as well as Faculty forms in coordination with competent entities.

4) Any other duties relevant to the nature of the Administration work.


There are three unites that report to the Administration:

1) Human Resources Unit.

2) Administrative & Financial Unit.

3) Administrative Communications Unit.
